Time difference is a small but important detail for our communication, online meetings and order follow-up. Here is a brief note about the time difference between China and Greece for your reference, so we can avoid missed messages or scheduling mistakes.
China follows Beijing Time (UTC+8) all year round, and we do not observe daylight saving time.
Greece switches between daylight saving time and standard time every year, so the time gap between us changes with seasons: ✅ Daylight Saving Time (Last Sunday of March — Last Sunday of October)Greece is UTC+3. Beijing Time is 5 hours ahead of Athens time. Example: 09:00 in Athens = 14:00 Beijing Time
✅ Standard / Winter Time (Last Sunday of October — Last Sunday of March)Greece is UTC+2. Beijing Time is 6 hours ahead of Athens time. Example: 09:00 in Athens = 15:00 Beijing Time
The time switches happen at the end of March and the end of October each year, which are the periods where confusion is most likely to occur. When we schedule calls or meetings, we may specify whether the time is Athens local time or Beijing Time.
We will keep your working hours in mind and try our best to contact you at a convenient time. Feel free to leave messages anytime, and I will reply as soon as I see them.
Looking forward to our smooth and efficient cooperation!
